– knowing exactly what they’re capable of and what their strengths and weaknesses are. It is a skill that can be learned.

• Leave the idea of being always right.
• Ask for help.
• Cooperate with others instead of competing mode always.
• Don’t exaggerate your own value, contributions, and worth.
• Push yourself hard to continuously assess yourself.
• Don’t pinpoint things a lot
• Give credit to others also for their efforts
• Try to admit mistakes more quickly
• Accept feedback and criticism positively.

Once you have learned to skill this art accurately and start assessing yourself, you will be able to understand yourself well and get to know your capabilities and limitations easily.

It is very important to accept yourself as you are, including your imperfections, you will take the feedback and criticism more constructively.

The moment you learn this art of self-monitoring, you will be open to new perspectives and hunger for new ideas. You will be one step ahead in self development and acknowledge success and growth. You will learn to improve on areas where you need to improve.
